“The purpose of our lives is to be happy” ― Dalai Lama |
Discovering the essence of who you are and expressing it authentically in service to yourself and the world is a concept deeply rooted in Eastern philosophy, particularly Hinduism and Buddhism known as Dharma. It’s often translated as “righteousness,” “duty,” or “cosmic law.” Essentially, dharma is your unique path in life, aligned with your highest purpose. Dharma is not a destination but a lifelong journey of evolving into the fullest expression of your inner truth. |
On this episode, Lisa and Michael explore what it means to live in the fullest expression of our inner essence. We will be sharing how acting from a place of authenticity and truth allows us to align with our dharma, embodying our true nature, so that we naturally radiate joy and fulfillment. Joseph Campbell said: “Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls.” Following your bliss and discovering your dharma is about fulfilling your potential and making a positive impact on the world. We will be delving into how our dharma is often reflected in our innate talents and passions—those activities we naturally excel at or feel drawn to. These gifts are not accidents but divine tools meant to help us fulfill our purpose. Throughout our lives we are constantly learning, evolving and growing. As we grow and change, living our dharma may evolve. Staying open to new possibilities, embodying our highest self, sharing our gifts freely, and trusting in the greater flow of life allows us to align to our life path. |
