On this week’s show, Lisa and Michael explore how changing your self perception enables you to change your life. As simple as this may seem, for most of us it isn’t very easy because the brain processes most things automatically and our beliefs are based on habitual reactions that have been influenced by our past experiences, parents, friends, community, teachers, the media, etc Quite often, these reactions begin to form limiting beliefs about ourselves that start from a young age and progressively evolve throughout our lives. We will be sharing how reframing the way we look at challenges can train our mind to see the positives in everyday situations. When we shift from limiting beliefs to empowering perceptions that focus on the positive we gift ourselves the opportunity to shape every experience and transform our lives! |
